About Homeschool Academics Org

Homeschool Academics (also known as Homeschool Bunny) was born out of a desire to share parental resources, tips for handling learning disabilities and disorders that make education challenging, and curriculum options available, especially those identified to work well for special needs, IEP, and 504 plans.

The site also assists middle and high school students with possible career choices and hosts professional interviews for homeschool-style career days.

Our Mission

We strive to expose our homeschooled middle and high school students to the expectations, skill sets, and resources often utilized in specific careers so that they experience a wide range of influences to make an informed career choice.

Potential Career Choices

Studies demonstrate that students are more likely to enter specific careers based on their prior exposure to the job position, career path, or industry. We aim to provide educational materials, online lesson plans, and learning center classes for our local area to help middle and high schoolers, especially those with learning disorders, acquire the skills needed in this occupation.

Please take a look at the calendar schedule if you’d like to learn more about the instructor for a particular course found on the course’s detail page.

The Future of Work

Many job positions that have been or are currently available will not exist in just a few short years. The trajectory of job evolution suggests a transformation that will redefine the essence of work, employment, and the skills required to thrive in the workforce. AI and automation technology are driving this change in many industries. We present our Smart Skills℠ programs with this eventuality in mind.

Skills and Lifelong Learning

The future workforce must continuously adapt to new technologies and industries. Lifelong learning and reskilling, focusing on digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving, will be essential to remaining competitive.

Job growth will be more concentrated in high-skill jobs (for example, in healthcare or science, technology, engineering, and math [STEM] fields), while middle- and low-skill jobs (such as food service, production work, or office support roles) will decline.

The future of work will likely be defined by a balance between technology, human skills, and adaptability to constant change.
