Life Science
Teaching life science at home is kind of like being a detective in your own living room—except your suspects are plants, animals, and bodily systems, and someone’s constantly eating the evidence (usually the toddler). Life science is all about exploring how living things grow, change, and survive, which, let’s be honest, is also how most homeschool days feel.
Whether you’re sprouting beans in a jar, observing the dog’s “circulatory system” (aka nap schedule), or discussing why we really need to wash our hands, life science turns everyday moments into teachable gold. Bonus: It’s the only subject where raising a sourdough starter might count as a lab experiment.
